THE GRAND CANYON SYNOD OF THE EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN CHURCH IN AMERICA

enter into a covenant relationship as
"Companion Churches"

As Companion Churches in the Gospel, we pledge to

support one another's evangelical mission with faithful and regular prayer

share the joys and burdens of our ministries through various means of communication

encourage occasional visits of representatives between our respective churches in order to foster koinonia, promote better understanding and appreciation of our churches and countries, and create a deeper relationship that can bless the congregations and members of our churches.

Together, we will hold up Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and work to advance the gospel of peace in our faith journeys.
